Contains approximately 126 printed pages to detail owners name and address, particulars of licences held, gliding certificates obtained and other qualifications, previous single and dual experience, handling notes, captain operating capacity, place and type of launch, date and time airborne, glider type and registration and brought and carried forward totals.
